Consists of manuscripts and letters of Robert Creeley, 1926- , poet. Included in the collection are: A journal kept by Creeley, [c. 1949-1951], which also includes notes for stories and articles; drafts of some of his stories, 1949-1953; letters, 1950-1954; drafts of poems by Creeley, 1955-1961, including a manuscript of his "The conspiracy," a collection prepared about 1955 for possible publication, and working notes for the order of the contents of his For love (New York: Scribner's, 1962), along with a carbon copy of the final draft of acknowledgements for the same book.
